Angelos Tsinos was born and raised on the island of Syros in the Cyclades. He is a graduate of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, from the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science. As a water polo athlete, he distinguished himself for over 10 years, competing in high-level age categories and in men's teams, with full dedication to sports and the development of his physical and mental level.

Since the completion of his athletic career, Angelos has developed a significant career in the field of coaching, taking on coaching duties in swimming and water polo for over 10 years, focusing on young age categories at competitive and pre-competitive levels. With his many years of experience, he guides young athletes with the aim of developing both their technical and psychological skills. His continuous education is a key element of his professional career, as he has attended numerous seminars focusing on specialized topics, such as familiarization with water in childhood, special education and training, as well as school psychology.

His broad knowledge and deep understanding of the needs of children and young athletes make him particularly capable of offering a comprehensive and customized training and development program.
